What are the advantages of HD DVD Replication?

The HD DVD brings a high definition quality of image, far superior to the DVD. Resolution increases from 720 x 450 for a DVD to 1920 x 1080 for an HD DVD. The HD DVD may contain up to 30GB (or 8 hours) in comparison with a maximum of 8.5GB for the DVD. HD DVD replication is the future!

To preserve HD DVD content a protection system specifically implemented for this new format has been set up: the AACS. This anti-copy system contains a system of control over the royalties (DRM). It works with two encryption keys on 128 bits, and guarantees an optimum protection for the HD DVDs’ contents.

You have maybe used 2 or 3 DVDs in the past to get your content to market, with the introduction of HD DVD replication you are no longer dictated to by the capacity of the DVD.
