CD and DVD replication or CD pressing is a manufacturing process which allows your master content disc to be copied perfectly onto as many CDs or DVDs as you require (minimum quantity 500 discs).  A glass master disc is used to manufacture your CDs or DVDs and produces retail quality discs.

• Send us your master CD/DVD
  Replicated CDs or DVDs will be manufactured from a glass master and will be exact copies of the glass master, ensuring high-quality and reliability. 
  We ask that you supply a master content disc in CD-R or DVD-R format which is set up exactly how you require the replicated discs to be and that you ensure that it has been tested thoroughly on all relevant media players.

  Our artwork templates and guidelines are available for download through the resources section of our website.

• Send your artwork to wewow
  Artwork can be sent to us by email, CD or DVD or uploaded to our website.
  Our expert repro team will perform a pre-flight check of your CD, DVD & paper-parts artwork and ensure that it is print-ready.
   
• PDF Approval - Digital Proofs
  Digital proofs will be sent to you before we proceed to print.  This gives you a final chance to check the layout of the artwork and ensure that you are 100% happy.
  We can also provide calibrated proofs and wet proofs upon request (this service is chargeable) – these printed proofs are ideal if you are concerned about colour results.
   
• Delivery
  Your dedicated account manager will keep you updated throughout the ordering process and following PDF approval they will confirm an estimated dispatch date with you.
  Our current lead time for CD and DVD replication is 10-14 working days.  If you require a quicker turnaround then please let us know as we have a number of cost-effective options available for fast-turnaround jobs.
  Orders are dispatched on a 24hr courier service as standard. If you require a timed delivery (i.e. same day or AM) please let us know upon placing the order.
