For orders between 50 and 500 units duplication provides a cost-effective and speedy solution. The data from your master disc is burnt onto CD-Rs or DVD-Rs using banks of high-quality commercial grade duplication towers. wewow then print your discs with top of the range inkjet disc printers which produce high-quality, professional results. With our WOW!Express, fast-track service your job could be completed in just 24 hours!

Fast-turnaround CD/DVD Duplication

Replication is the most cost-effective solution for your project if you require more than 500 CDs or DVDs. However, CD/DVD replication is a manufacturing process which can take between 10 and 14 working days to complete. This is not ideal if you have a looming deadline and require a very fast turnaround!

You're master disc is loaded into our banks of professional duplication towers, which can produce duplicate copies in a matter of minutes. We use A Grade quality CD-Rs and DVD-Rs in the duplication process and on quantities over 500 we always use silk-screen or lithographic printers to produce flawless results.

CD & DVD Duplication Ordering Process

Send us your master CD/DVD
Duplicated CDs or DVDs are produced by inserting your master disc into professional duplication towers and from this burning a copy of the data onto your discs. As your duplicated discs will be exact copies of your original master CD or DVD, we ask that you check your master disc thoroughly on all the relevant media players before sending for duplication.

Send your artwork to wewow
Artwork can be sent to us by email, CD or DVD or uploaded to our website.
Our expert repro team will perform a pre-flight check of your CD, DVD & paper-parts artwork and ensure that it is print-ready.
PDF Approval - Digital Proofs
Digital proofs will be sent to you before we proceed to print. This gives you a final chance to check the layout of the artwork and ensure that you are 100% happy.
We can also provide wet proofs upon request (this service is chargeable) – these printed proofs are ideal if you are concerned about colour results.
Delivery
Your dedicated account manager will keep you updated throughout the ordering process and following PDF approval they will confirm an estimated dispatch date with you.
Our current lead time for CD and DVD duplication is 5-8 working days. If you need delivery even sooner than this then ask us about our WOW!Express service - in some cases we can turn around duplication orders in as little as 24hrs.
Orders are dispatched on a 24hr courier service as standard. If you require a timed delivery (i.e. same day or AM) please let us know upon placing the order.
