Delivery schedule Please note that most orders placed before 2.30pm on a business day will be delivered the next working day. We are unable to guarantee a specific time for the delivery. If you are not available to accept your delivery If you are not in during the day, please arrange for a neighbour to accept the delivery for you. Alternatively, we could deliver the purchase(s) to your work or other address, please ensure that this is made clear on your order at the time of ordering – adding a comment if necessary. We will not make more than one attempt to deliver your order, so please use this facility to advise us of any relevant information. We may have to charge you again for additional delivery attempts. If you do not receive your delivery next business day If you have successfully ordered your goods in accordance with our 2.30pm cut off time on a normal business day and the order has not arrived on the next working day and you have not been informed by one of sales representatives that there is any delay or issue regarding availability of your goods, you should make our customer service team aware of the situation as soon as possible.
