Guarantee
At
wewow we offer a full money back guarantee (excluding delivery
costs). If you are not satisfied with any item that you buy
from us then you may return it within a period of 30 days
from receipt for a full refund of your purchase price. Delivery
costs are non-refundable.
All we ask is that you return the item in the same condition
that we sent it to you and that you return it using Royal
Mail Recorded Delivery (if you are outside of the UK please use
registered mail) so that a signature is required when delivered
back to
us. As soon as it is received we will send your refund.
Returns Policy
In
the unlikely event that you have to return any products to
us you should be aware of the following.
Please email support@wewow.co.uk with any problems. We always
answer emails quickly. This helps us both have a record of
events. Our staff who answer the telephone are mainly trained
to take
telephone orders, so please be prepared to be called back
if you have a technical question. You will get a quicker and
more
informed response if you email support@wewow.co.uk
All
returned goods must be securely packed and in an unused condition.
We
suggest you use a service that can provide “proof of
delivery”. We will not be liable for items lost or
damaged in transit back to us.
Damaged
Goods: You should inspect the goods when you receive them for
any damage. If the package you receive has been damaged
in transit you should refuse the
package and mark the courier’s sheet to show this.
If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to
you then we will replace or
refund the price paid. If you find any damages you must inform
us by
telephone on 0845 450 6262 within 24hrs (preferably immediately
on the same day you receive them). We cannot be held responsible
for damages reported after 24hrs of receipt.
Clearance items and bespoke products are exempt from any warranty.
Your statutory rights are not affected
