Terms and Conditions of Wewow Ltd

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to wewow.co.uk. wewow.co.uk provides our service to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service (TCS), which may be updated without notice. When using particular wewow services you and wewow shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TCS.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Wewow Ltd provides users with CD and DVD Packaging, specifically: distribution of CD and DVD Packaging products and confirmation and customer account maintenance. You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for wewow to provide the Service. However wewow accepts no liability for any services or products offered by 3rd party advertisers using this site.

3. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTRACT FORMATION
No contract will subsist between you and Wewow ltd, for the sale by it to you of any product unless and Wewow Ltd., accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Wewow ltd, sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Wewow ltd, irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

4. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

6. NO RESALE/ INAPPROPRIATE USE OF SERVICE OR PRODUCTS
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

You agree not to re-sell the products purchased without express permission from Wewow ltd and Wewow ltd will accept no liability for the use of such products used by third party users. You agree to use the products strictly in compliance with the manufacturers instructions and understand that inappropriate use of such products for situations and procedures not agreed will be outside the terms of use and no subsequent liability would be accepted by Wewow ltd.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
wewow reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that wewow shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

8. TERMINATION
You agree that wewow in its sole discretion, may terminate your access code, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service for any reason including, without limitation, if wewow believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS. wewow may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this TOS may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that wewow may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information. Further, you agree that wewow shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

9. WEWOW'S PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that the Service contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that Content contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the Service or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorised by wewow or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service.
